Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the completion of your order and you haven’t notified us about your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
You will be eligible for a refund in case your feedback score continues to decrease after the completion of a feedback package deemed sufficient (according to your volume).
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refund is granted:
* You are choosing a package different than our recommendations.
* You are providing false information (average daily orders, etc.).
* You are requesting a refund past the 7 days warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
The request review cover letter is valued at $150USD and is not refundable. This means any charges will have $150USD deducted from your refund if you are eligible through our refund policy. This is due to us providing you with our intellectual properly that cannot be given back. Note: This letter is only provided to clients we have spoken to prior about this and who’s pages are restricted from advertising and need to ‘request review’.
